Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be sent by mail.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging with all seals and safety labels intact
- An order number or proof of purchase may be required to complete your return
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items. Exchange items will be shipped once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives with broken jars or visibly damaged packaging, contact us immediately upon delivery. Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement. Requests made after the day of delivery may not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
