Shipping Policy
We currently ship all orders through USPS to addresses within the United States.
Order Cut-Off
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.
Handling Time
All orders are fulfilled within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Transit Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Transit days are counted Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days, including both handling and shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal order volume.

- Flat rate: $5.49 per order
- Free shipping on orders of three items or more
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at
help@unseenskin.com. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement or refund.
